Job Summary

GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase & Procurement Executive with knowledge of CHA, import/export documentation, customs clearance, and vendor management. The candidate will manage domestic and international procurement activities and coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, CHA agents, and customs authorities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for materials, components, spare parts, and other requirements.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Handle import and export documentation including invoices, packing lists,



shipping documents, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) for customs clearance of imported and exported goods.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
Monitor Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, customs duty, examination, clearance, and delivery processes.
Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported materials.
Verify purchase invoices, freight charges, customs-related expenses, and other procurement costs.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Finance, Stores, Production, and Operations departments for material requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement as per business requirements.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
Ensure procurement is completed within approved budge
