Key Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in healthcare / hospital recruitment is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in volume hiring of healthcare professionals, especially Nurses, Technicians, and other hospital/clinical staff.
Robust proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to handle recruitment data, MIS, and basic data analytics.
Well-versed with job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
Should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced, target-driven recruitment setting.
Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
