Key Responsibilities

Handle online marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing.
Track sales performance and prepare reports.
Support promotional campaigns and marketplace activities.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce handling.
Myntra marketplace experience is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust knowledge of Advanced Excel
