Position Title:
Senior Clerk – Scholarship Section

Scholarship Cell / Academic Administration

Job Purpose:

To independently manage
scholarship and MahaDBT operations
, ensuring accurate processing, verification, compliance, and timely resolution of student scholarship cases.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end
MahaDBT scholarship processing
.
Verify student applications, eligibility, and supporting documents.
Manage
MahaDBT application, renewal, verification, correction, and submission
.
Monitor pending, rejected, sanctioned, and disbursed scholarship cases.
Coordinate with students, departments, Accounts, and government authorities.
Maintain scholarship records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Handle scholarship audits, reconciliation, and inspections.




Resolve MahaDBT and scholarship-related student issues.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in
MS Excel and data management
.

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience exclusively in Scholarship and MahaDBT-related work.
Hands-on MahaDBT experience is mandatory.
Experience in government scholarship schemes, verification, reconciliation, and compliance preferred.
