Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, and service industrial chillers, panel ACs, and cooling systems.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
Prepare service reports after each visit.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
Required QualificationsITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in service and maintenance (Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply).
Required SkillsKnowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical systems.
Basic understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Positive troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Ability to travel for field service.
