Position: Sales Executive
Location: Kharadi, Pune – In office
Experience: Freshers to Experienced – No experience limit
Education: Any Graduate / Any Background
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts
Joining: Immediate
Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 + Incentives based on experience and performance

What You'll Do
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients
Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads
Reach prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
Build relationships with decision-makers
Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure




Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives
Work closely with senior sales leaders and internal teams
