Collaborate with banking operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement processes.
Verify customer income documents and ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
Maintain accurate records of loan applications, disbursements, and repayments.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues professionally.
Job Requirements
Experience in loan processing, mortgage processing, or asset finance is required.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and banking operations software is essential.
Robust documentation skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and meet deadlines is crucial.
Familiarity with KYC regulations and compliance procedures is expected.
