We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top talent across various functions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and qualified networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
Track and report recruitment metrics, hiring status, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT
Robust expertise in sourcing and screening candidates.
Experience working with ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in volume hiring and lateral recruitment.
Solid networking and talent mapping capabilities.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
