Job Summary
We are looking for a Creative Brand Designer with 2+ years of experience in branding, graphic design, and visual communication. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual skills and hands-on experience creating brand identities and marketing materials from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop brand identities, logos, visual systems, and creative concepts.
Create brand guidelines, typography, colour palettes, and supporting assets.
Design social media creatives, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
Translate brand strategy into strong and consistent visual communication.
Ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams.
Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Support and mentor junior designers when required.
Requirements
2+ years of qualified experience in branding or graphic design.
Solid proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience developing complete brand identities from concept to execution.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create original concepts rather than relying heavily on templates.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Agency experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
Portfolio
A strong professional portfolio is mandatory.
