Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven \Student Counsellor\ to guide parents and students in selecting the right learning programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills with prior experience in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel parents and students about CBSE tuition programs.

* Convert inbound and outbound leads into admissions.

* Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable learning plans.

* Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp conversations,



and virtual counselling sessions.

* Schedule and coordinate demo classes.

* Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Build robust relationships with parents and ensure an excellent customer experience.

* Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in Student Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.

\EdTech experience is mandatory.\*

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

* Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
