We are looking for a candidate with experience in production management and mechanical designing, particularly in sheet-metal design using SolidWorks. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, coordinating with the design and manufacturing teams, and ensuring products are manufactured as per required specifications.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily production activities.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
Coordinate with the production, design, assembly, and maintenance teams.
Design and modify sheet-metal components and machine parts using SolidWorks.
Prepare and review 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing.
Develop designs based on production and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are manufactured correctly.
Monitor production quality, material usage, and wastage.
Identify production issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for solutions.
Ensure proper use of machines, tools, raw materials, and manpower.
Support product development and improvement of existing designs.
Maintain design and production-related documents and records.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of SolidWorks.
Experience in sheet-metal designing and fabrication.
Understanding of 2D drawings and 3D modeling.
Knowledge of basic manufacturing and production processes.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
2+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or mechanical design.
Experience working with SolidWorks and sheet-metal design will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in both designing and production management will be preferred.
