Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst who can support both client acquisition and requirement analysis. The candidate will interact with potential clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate with the technical team to convert requirements into transparent project documentation and solutions.

This is a mixed role — 60% IT Sales & Business Development and 40% Business Analysis — ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and interest in IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, bidding portals (Fiverr, Apploguru) and other lead generation platforms
Communicate with clients to understand business requirements and project needs
Analyze client requirements and prepare documentation such as BRD, SRS or requirement summaries




Coordinate with development and design teams for project scope clarity
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and project estimates
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain lead records, client communication and follow-ups

Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of IT services, software development and web technologies
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Docs
Ability to handle both client communication and requirement analysis

Qualification
B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical) / BSc Maths / BBA / MBA (Business or IT) or related field
Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months experience can apply

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
