Job Summary

We're looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager with deep experience in full-funnel marketing with a solid expertise in user acquisition, app store optimisation, user engagement and growth marketing. This role is for someone who thrives in high-growth startup environments, understands mobile gaming, pop culture, entertainment and current age products, and blends creativity with solid analytical rigor. The role is responsible for driving scalable customer acquisition and growth through different channels, experimentation, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, ROI-obsessed, and experienced in building and scaling high-performing acquisition engines.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute growth and user acquisition strategies across the full funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement, and referrals across owned, earned and paid channels
Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy across Android and iOS, including keyword research, creatives, conversion optimization, and store experiments
Plan, launch,



and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, Gaming Ad Networks, Reddit, Communities and other relevant platforms
Drive full-funnel performance and growth optimization, improving and maintaining CVR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention
Snapshot dashboards and regularly report on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Continuously analyse and optimize funnel performance from ad click to conversion
Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments across ads, app store listings, landing pages, and in-product flows
Manage external agencies, freelancers, and media partners as needed
Manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize performance and scale winning channels
Collaborate closely with Product, Data and extend agencies teams to improve conversion
Stay on top on best practices of video gaming, Gen Z trends, platform trends algorithms, performance marketing hacks and emer
