We are seeking an Store Executive with hands-on experience in stores & material management, inventory control, and warehouse management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate material receipt, storage, issuance, inventory accuracy, and adherence to FIFO practices to support uninterrupted production.
Receive all incoming raw materials of dry fruits and spices etc.
Verify the quantity, weight, batch number, and delivery documents
Store raw materials category-wise in designated locations.
Maintain proper stacking, identification and labelling of all materials.
Ensure correct item, batch, quantity and specification are issued.
Follow FIFO/FEFO while issuing material.




Record all material issues in ERP/register immediately.
Maintain accurate daily stock records for all raw materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system stock.
Identify and report shortages, excess stock, damaged stock and slow-moving/obsolete materials.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels as defined by management.
Inform the purchase team about materials approaching minimum stock levels.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
