We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Make calls to existing and potential clients.
Promote journals, subscriptions, and publication services.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
Maintain basic records of calls and client follow-ups.

Requirements
Sales/Telecalling experience required.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
