Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Electronics & Multimedia Sales Executive to join our sales team in Ernakulam. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable electronic and multimedia products, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining robust product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
Explain product features, specifications, perks, and pricing clearly.
Handle sales of mobile phones, laptops, tablets, TVs, audio products, accessories, and other electronic/multimedia products.
Demonstrate products and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Stay updated on recent product launches, offers, technologies, and market trends.
Prepare quotations and assist customers with billing and other sales-related processes.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is well organized.
Coordinate with the inventory and other departments regarding product availability.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit required reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred.
