We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to handle leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp, social media, and other online sources and convert them into sales opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to leads received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp & other sources.
Make calls to recent and existing customers and understand their requirements.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Explain products, features, pricing, and advantages.
Maintain all lead and customer details in CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for customer requirements.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain proper follow-up and lead-conversion records.
