We are hiring enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecallers / Follow-Up Executives for our Abroad Education Counselling team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
Follow up with students through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand students’ study-abroad interests, preferred countries and courses.
Provide basic information about overseas education opportunities.
Schedule counselling appointments with counsellors.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for lead conversion.
Handle student and parent queries professionally.
Requirements:
Fluency in Telugu, English & Hindi is mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
Confident and polite communication.
Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Telecalling, telesales, customer service or counselling experience is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
