Job RoleWe are looking for confident and energetic Sales/Telecalling Executives who can connect with online sellers and introduce them to ROMO's e-commerce services.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential e-commerce sellers.
Connect with sellers operating on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
Understand the seller's current business and challenges.
Explain ROMO's services and how we can help improve their marketplace business.
Generate interested leads and schedule discussions/meetings.
Follow up regularly with interested sellers.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Work towards monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Build professional relationships with prospective clients.
Who Can Apply?Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, E-commerce, Seller Support or Business Development will be preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Confident and convincing communication.
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following will be an advantage:
