Job Responsibilities:
Assist with basic cooking and food preparation.
Handle chopping, cutting, and other kitchen preparation work.
Prepare basic Chinese dishes/snacks as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cafe area.
Handle customers politely and provide positive customer service.
Take customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and workstations.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the team in day-to-day cafe operations.
Requirements:
Basic cooking knowledge is preferred.
Should know chopping and basic food preparation.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work in a team.
Prior cafe/restaurant experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
