The Engineer Electrical & HVAC Execution is responsible for the craft execution of assigned Electrical and HVAC works on site, ensuring workmanship quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
The role supports disciplined execution and readiness of systems for testing and commissioning.
Scope of Responsibility
Execution of assigned Electrical and HVAC service works
Supervision of contractor work fronts from a craft, quality, and safety perspective
Adherence to execution methodologies, workmanship standards, and safety norms
Testing and commissioning activities as required for Electrical + HVAC systems
This is a pure execution role. There is no accountability for material procurement, manpower sourcing, machinery planning, commercial management, or contract administration.

Key Accountabilities
Electrical & HVAC Craft Execution
Execute Electrical & HVAC works as per approved GFC drawings and specifications.
Ensure correct installation, alignment, and finish of services.
Maintain discipline in execution sequencing and site practices.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Enforce workmanship standards and quality checklists on assigned work fronts.
Follow safety procedures strictly and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Execution Discipline & Support
Update & Track daily progress of assigned works and contractor outputs.
Coordinate with adjacent trades to avoid execution clashes.
Support testing, commissioning, and issue closure.
