Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team at Yes Bank, Ambattur. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, data management, and report preparation.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely MIS reports, maintaining databases, analyzing operational data, and providing regular reports to management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle data compilation, validation, and analysis using Advanced Excel.
Prepare management reports and operational dashboards as required.
Maintain and update MIS databases and records accurately.
Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, conditional formatting,



and data validation.
Track and monitor key operational/performance metrics.
Identify discrepancies in data and ensure timely corrections.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting.
Ensure reports are submitted accurately within the required timelines.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of business and customer-related data.

Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, or a similar role.
Solid proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

2nd & 4th Saturday: Off

Sunday: Fixed Off
