United Plywood Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure quality execution, maintain safety standards, and complete projects within the defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment utilization.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records, and site documentation.
Identify and resolve site issues to prevent project delays.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
3–8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely project completion.
Quality compliance with minimal rework.
Site safety and accident prevention.
Effective labor and material management.
