We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Safety & Compliance Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring safety and compliance requirements, maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that company policies and US logistics compliance standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain safety and compliance processes for US logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation safety requirements, and applicable US regulations.
Maintain and update compliance records, reports, and documentation.
Review driver and vehicle compliance documents and follow up on missing or expired documents.
Monitor safety-related incidents, violations, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with operations, dispatch, HR, and other internal teams regarding compliance matters.
Follow up on pending compliance issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated on relevant US transportation and safety regulations.
Escalate serious safety or compliance concerns to management.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant experience will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in safety, compliance, transportation, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Experience with US logistics mandatory
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently during the night shift.
Willingness to work 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
