GTPL is seeking an experienced Executive / Sr. Executive Business Development to expand its Staffing, Recruitment, and Workforce Management Services business. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in client acquisition, IT/Non-IT staffing sales, and developing long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities for Staffing and Recruitment Services.
Acquire new corporate clients for IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.
Promote Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, and Workforce Management solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering sessions.
Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and service presentations.
Coordinate with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing agreements.
Track market trends and identify current business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
