Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Explain travel packages, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and assist them with bookings.
Maintain customer details and enquiry records.
Coordinate with the team for booking confirmations and customer requirements.
Build valuable relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
RequirementsGood communication skills.
Kannada communication is required.
Basic knowledge of Hindi/English is preferred.
Customer-handling and convincing skills will be an advantage.
