Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef 1 to join our hotel kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
Handle gravies, curries, tandoor, breads, and other Indian preparations.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and service.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Manage mise en place and coordinate with the kitchen team.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in Indian cuisine, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
Good knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen.
Robust teamwork and communication skills.
