The Chaap House by Venero is a growing food and beverage concept specializing in chaap, wraps, Indian comfort food, coffee, hot chocolate, and beverages.

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Indian Chef to join our kitchen team and help us maintain consistent food quality as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Indian food and chaap-based dishes according to standardized recipes and portion specifications.
Handle daily food preparation, marination, cooking, plating, and order execution.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, presentation, and quality.
Manage the hot kitchen section efficiently during busy service hours.
Ensure ingredients are properly stored, prepared, and used efficiently.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.




Monitor ingredient usage and communicate stock requirements to the management.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Work efficiently during high-volume service and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Follow recipes and instructions accurately while maintaining consistency.
Assist with preparation and testing of new menu items when required.
Keep the kitchen workstation organized and ready for service.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.

Requirements
Previous experience working as an Indian Chef / Commis Chef / Line Cook in a restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, or similar food-service workplace.
Valuable knowledge of Indian cooking techniques.
Experience with chaap, tandoori-style preparations, gravies, wraps, and Indian snacks is preferred.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours.
