We are seeking a energetic, sales-oriented Sales Executive to join our booking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking bookings, confirming reservations, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales through excellent communication and persuasive skills. This is an in office role requiring fluency in Hindi, English, Kannada, and Marathi to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Booking & Sales Operations
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective persuasion and follow-ups[bebee +1]
Explain service offerings, pricing, packages, and special offers clearly to customers[bebee +1]
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining rate integrity and brand standards[careers-page +1]
Coordinate with operations/fulfillment teams to ensure seamless booking execution[jooble +1]

Customer Communication
Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the booking process[simplyhired +1]

Documentation & Reporting
