Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee HR to join our HR team. This is an entry-level prospect for fresh graduates interested in developing a career in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Management.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR Operations and administration.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
Maintain and update employee information, attendance, leave, and other HR records.
Support employee communication, engagement activities, and routine HR requirements.
Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other HR documents.
Support the HR team in managing HRMS, ATS, payroll, and other HR tools.
Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.




Maintain confidentiality of employee information and perform other HR activities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Fresh graduate with an interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Positive interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools is an added advantage.
