Key Responsibilities:
Supervise OFC laying, jointing, splicing, testing, and commissioning at railway project sites.
Manage site manpower, materials, contractors, and daily project activities.
Coordinate with railway authorities and project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure work quality, safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Resolve site issues and support timely project completion.

Required:
Experience in OFC/Telecom projects, preferably Railway/Indian Railways projects, with knowledge of OTDR testing, fiber splicing, cable laying,



and site supervision.

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in
OFC/Telecom infrastructure projects
, preferably Railway projects.
Positive knowledge of
OFC laying, splicing, jointing, OTDR testing, and commissioning
.
Ability to manage site manpower and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Positive understanding of site documentation, measurements, and progress reporting.
Willingness to work at railway project sites and travel as required.

Preferred:
Experience with
Indian Railways / railway telecom / OFC infrastructure projects
will be an advantage.
