Requirements
8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Taxation, Statutory Compliance, and Audit.
MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or an equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities
Robust experience managing day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end and year-end financial closures.
Expertise in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, profitability analysis, and revenue reports.
Experience reviewing vendor payments, employee reimbursements, client invoicing, and receivable collections.
Experience maintaining fixed asset registers, financial records, and accounting documentation.
Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll processing and HRMS administration.
Experience handling employee onboarding, salary revisions, Full Final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment,



and bonus calculations.
Strong knowledge of employee advantages administration, including PF, ESIC, insurance, statutory deductions, and payroll compliance.
Expertise in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Experience managing GST reconciliations, TDS corrections, advance tax, statutory filings, and regulatory assessments.
Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury management, cash flow planning, investments, and banking documentation.
Experience coordinating with Company Secretaries for ROC filings, corporate actions, and legal documentation.
Experience reviewing contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and commercial agreements.
Experience coordinating statutory, internal, GST, and other financial audits.
Ability to strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting polici
