Qualifications

Knowledge of retail finance operations.
Experience
8–10 years in finance controlling or accounting roles.
Experience managing audits, compliance, and reporting.
Leadership experience in managing finance teams preferred.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
Track and control budget vs actual performance
Strengthen internal controls across retail operations
Ensure zero non-compliance or audit gaps
Deliver timely financial insights to leadership
Drive cost control and profitability improvement initiatives
