Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day civil site execution and labour coordination.
Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, blockwork and plastering.
Coordinate with client engineers and resolve routine site issues independently.
Read drawings and check levels, dimensions and workmanship.
Plan manpower/material requirements and monitor progress and quality.
Prepare daily reports and support measurements/billing.
Required Skills: RCC, Site Execution, Labour Management, Client Coordination, AutoCAD, Auto Level and MS Excel.
Preferred: Industrial/commercial construction experience with positive communication, discipline and ownership.
