About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager / AGM – Human Resources to lead the complete HR function for our India operations. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, compliance, compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR operations while partnering closely with business leaders and global HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Business Partnering
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
Lead organizational restructuring, change management, and HR transformation initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning




Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, and critical business roles.
Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
Build a solid talent pipeline to support business growth.
Improve recruitment quality, hiring timelines, and employer branding.

Compensation & Benefits
Design and manage competitive compensation structures and annual salary review processes.
Oversee payroll coordination, bonus programs, incentive plans, and employee perks.
Ensure compliance with statutory advantages including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.

Performance Management
Drive the organization's performance management framework.
Support goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development.
Work with business leaders to enhance employee productivity and retention.
