Handle manpower effectively to achieve production targets.
Ensure safety management on the shop floor and implement TPM principles.
Utilize IoT technology to optimize production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continual improvement.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of assembly line balancing, manpower handling, and safety management.
Experience with TPM, IoT, and continuous process improvement techniques.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and drive results-oriented solutions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
