Part-Time Site Coordinator – Civil / MEP / Interior Works

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Employment Type: Part time / Temporary
Experience: 1–3 years in Construction / Site Coordination

We are looking for an experienced Part time Site Coordinator to coordinate and monitor ongoing construction and interior works at our Trivandrum project for 3 Months to 4 Months

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and coordinate civil construction, MEP, and interior works at the project site.
Supervise and follow up on day-to-day site activities and work progress.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, vendors, and architects.
Ensure work is progressing according to the drawings, specifications, and agreed schedule.
Check the quality and progress of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior works.
Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned persons for timely resolution.
Follow up on material requirements, deliveries, and availability at the site.




Maintain regular communication with the management regarding daily work progress and site issues.
Conduct regular site visits and provide updates/reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of practical experience in construction/site supervision or coordination.
Strong working knowledge of Civil, MEP, and Interior works.
Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, suppliers, and architects.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹10,439.64 - ₹20,000.00 per month
