About the Role

PRM Begraj Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team in managing customer inquiries, coordinating site visits, maintaining sales records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, solid follow-up abilities, and basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM. Candidates who can communicate fluently in Nepali are preferred/required, along with Hindi and Bengali.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of property sales activities.
Handle customer inquiries received through calls, messages, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, bookings, and sales.




Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports/MIS for management.
Track leads and follow up to ensure maximum conversion opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Provide skilled and timely customer support throughout the pre-sales process.
Maintain proper documentation related to sales and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 0–3 years in Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, Real Estate, or a similar role.
Freshers with good communication and follow-up skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Nepali language proficiency is mandatory.
Bengali and Hindi communication skills are required.
