Job Purpose:

To ensure product quality during production by conducting inline quality checks, verifying packaging parameters, and maintaining compliance with quality standards before dispatch of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Inline Production Quality Monitoring
Perform regular inline quality inspections during production activities.
Check and verify all defined quality parameters as per product specifications and SOPs.
Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.

Filling Volume Verification
Inspect and verify filling volume/weight of products during production.
Ensure filling accuracy within approved tolerance limits.
Report deviations immediately and coordinate corrective actions.
3. Packaging Component Inspection
Check proper fitting and quality of CAP and Inner Seal during production.
Ensure packaging components meet approved standards before product release.

Leakage Testing
Conduct leakage checks for finished products during and after filling operations.




Identify defective units and coordinate corrective measures with production teams.
5. Label Verification
Verify product labels for correctness, alignment, readability, and compliance with approved artwork.
Ensure every product is labeled accurately before packaging completion.

Barcode Validation
Validate barcode printing quality and accuracy.
Scan barcodes and confirm successful readability and system compliance.
Report barcode-related issues to the concerned department.

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain records of inline inspections and quality observations.
Prepare and update QC reports as required.
Follow GMP, safety, and company quality procedures.

Required Qualifications:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or relevant qualification.
Experience in Production QC / Manufacturing Quality preferred.
