Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for sales, e-commerce, operations, technical, and other business roles.
Understand job requirements and prepare effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic/video interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete interview process.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer rollouts.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Track recruitment KPIs such as open positions, applications, interviews, selections, joining ratio, and time-to-hire.
Build a solid talent pool for future hiring requirements.
Support employee onboarding and basic HR activities when required.
