Position: Travel Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements, coordinate itineraries, and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, coordination, booking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for clients.
Handle flight, hotel, transfer, sightseeing, and activity bookings.
Prepare and manage detailed travel itineraries and schedules.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.
Communicate with clients regarding travel plans, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
Monitor flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
Ensure all travel documents, booking confirmations, vouchers, and invoices are properly maintained.
Provide assistance with travel-related queries and resolve customer issues promptly.
Coordinate airport transfers, transportation, and other ground arrangements.




Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive rates where required.
Maintain accurate customer and booking records in CRM or travel management systems.
Follow up on pending payments, confirmations, and travel documents.
Ensure clients receive timely updates before and during their trip.
Handle emergencies and last-minute travel changes efficiently.
Maintain robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and travel partners.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel.
Knowledge of flight and hotel booking procedures.
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
