Techno-Commercial Discussions and negotiation with Contractors.
Selection and Finalization of Contractor
Drafting the Contracts and Work Order Terms and Conditions
Placement of Contract/Work Orders.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key Contractors
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
Perform cost, rate analysis and benchmarking of rates
Assess, manage and mitigate risks
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
Study and understanding of Design / drawings / BOQ for procurement activities.
