We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in US Staffing.

Key Requirements:
2+ years of Bench Sales experience
Strong knowledge of US Staffing and recruitment processes
Positive understanding of US Visa types – H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, USC
Solid vendor and client relationship management skills
Experience marketing consultants on bench
Strong knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms
Ability to generate and work with daily requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Robust follow-up skills with vendors and recruiters
Ability to work independently and meet submission/interview targets
