Key Responsibilities

Campus Leadership
Lead the complete setup and successful launch of the current Dreamtime Learning Hub.
Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learner-centric education.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing academic and operations team.
Ensure outstanding learner outcomes and parent satisfaction.

Admissions & Business Growth
Own the complete admissions strategy and achieve enrollment targets.
Build robust relationships with parents and local communities.
Conduct parent orientations, campus tours, and admission counselling.
Plan and execute marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives.

Operations & Administration
Oversee daily school operations and campus administration.
Ensure world-class infrastructure,



safety, and compliance standards.
Manage vendors, facilities, transport, food services, and support functions.
Maintain smooth academic and operational processes.

Financial & P&L; Ownership
Own the campus Profit & Loss (P&L;).
Prepare and manage annual budgets.
Drive revenue growth while optimizing operational costs.
Monitor financial performance and achieve profitability targets.

Academic Excellence
Ensure exceptional implementation of Dreamtime's learner-centric curriculum.
Coach teachers to deliver engaging and personalized learning experiences.
Maintain high academic quality and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate
Master's Degree in Education or related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
