Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair ASUS laptops at customer locations.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Replace components such as LCD panels, keyboards, batteries, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, fans, and other parts.
Perform OS installation, driver updates, BIOS updates, and system configuration.
Handle warranty and service-related complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate service reports and update repair status.
Follow ASUS service procedures and quality standards.
Travel to customer locations as required.
RequirementsITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in laptop/computer repair.
Hands-on experience with laptop hardware troubleshooting.
ASUS laptop repair experience is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
