Key Responsibilities:
Vendor & Facility Management
Maintain and renew contracts for office premises and utilities (electricity, water, internet).




Liaise with MakeMyTrip (MMT) or other travel vendors for corporate travel bookings, invoice reconciliation, and vendor performance evaluations.
Office Supplies & Equipment
Procure and manage office supplies such as stationery, pantry stock, printer cartridges, and consumables.
Oversee the maintenance and timely repair of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, shredders, air conditioners).
Courier & Logistics
Manage relationships with courier service providers; negotiate rates and monitor performance.
Track all incoming and outgoing parcels and courier deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
Support Staff Coordination
Supervise office support staff (e.g., office boys), including daily task allocation, attendance tracking, and expense reimbursements.
Coordinate travel arrangements, manage overtime records, and maintain leave schedules for support personnel
