Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 9+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master and preferably have experience in the Web/eCommerce domain.
Key Responsibilities
Certified Scrum Master with 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
Facilitate and lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Drive multiple sprints and Agile initiatives within an enterprise setting.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
Strong hands-on experience with SAFe Agile is mandatory.
Identify and remove impediments/blockers affecting team productivity.
Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams.
Support teams in achieving sprint and program objectives.
Exposure to diverse technologies, applications, and processing environments.
Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
Experience in the Web/eCommerce space is preferred.
Key Competencies
