Job Summary:
As part of the Global Customer Engagement Solutions (GCES) IT team, the SFDC Developer will be responsible for delivering complex technical projects and supporting development tasks using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop customized solutions in Sales and/or Service Cloud
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Build using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura LWC), and Flows
Design UI using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability
Ensure platform governance and security compliance
Troubleshoot and enhance system usability
Stay updated with Salesforce advancements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3 5 years of experience in business application support
2+ years of Force.com development (Apex, LWC)
Solid SOQL knowledge
Salesforce certifications preferred
Desired Skills:
Experience leading end-to-end project implementations
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive in learning and applying recent technologies
