Role & responsibilities

Warehouse & Administration
Manage day-to-day administrative activities at the warehouse.
Maintain proper records of material inward and outward movements.
Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, and dispatch-related documents.
Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales, logistics, and accounts teams.
Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain proper documentation for material receipt and dispatch.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to warehouse activities.
Maintain systematic filing of all warehouse and material-related documents.
Support general administrative activities and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Test Certificate (TC) Documentation
Collect and maintain Test Certificates (TC/MTC) for steel materials received from suppliers/manufacturers.
Verify TC details against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and material specifications.
Ensure TC is available and properly linked to the respective material/batch/heat number.




Maintain proper records of Heat No., Grade, Size, Quantity, Batch details, and TC reference numbers.
Coordinate with suppliers for missing, incorrect, or delayed Test Certificates.
Provide relevant TC documents to customers along with dispatch documents, wherever required.
Maintain soft and hard copies of Test Certificates for future reference and audit purposes.
Track pending TCs and follow up with suppliers until closure.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of steel materials from receipt to dispatch.

Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate / Diploma qualification.
25 years of experience in administration, warehouse documentation, stores, logistics, or steel trading.
Experience in steel materials, Test Certificate/MTC documentation, or warehouse operations will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
