Qualification:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience:
7 to 15 years of skilled experience
Proven experience in large infrastructure projects, especially:
Metro Rail Projects
RRTS / High-Speed Rail
Airports
Large Commercial / Institutional Buildings
Prior experience working with:
Detail Design Consultants (DDC)
General Consultants (GC)
in the Metro / Rail Infrastructure domain is mandatory

Job Location:
Maharashtra: Mumbai (BKC), Thane
Gujarat: Vadodara, Surat

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural design and coordination activities for HSR stations and associated buildings.
Prepare, review, and validate concept design, detailed design, GFC drawings, and architectural specifications.
Ensure architectural designs comply with:
National Building Code (NBC)




Local Development Control Regulations (DCR)
Fire, accessibility, sustainability, and safety norms
Relevant Indian and International codes & standards
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP, systems, urban design).
Interface with DDC, GC, contractors, and client teams for design development, approvals, and execution support.
Review and resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and site queries.
Support site teams during execution to ensure adherence to approved architectural intent.
Participate in design reviews, value engineering, technical evaluations, and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure timely delivery of architectural packages as per project schedule.

Required Technical & Qualified Skills:
Robust understanding of railway/metro station architecture, public buildings, and transit-oriented developments.
Expertise in architectural design codes, norms, and statutory
